La Maison D'en Face - Andernos LES Bains

If you're dreaming of leaving your car behind for your vacation, "La Maison d'en Face" is for you. Ideally located in the heart of Andernos-les-Bains, on the Arcachon Bay, our 4/6-person cottage is just steps from the covered and outdoor markets, pedestrian streets, parks, the cinema, and the beach. Whether you're enjoying an ice cream at the pier in the evening, tasting fresh oysters at the oyster port, enjoying open-air jazz festivals, or having a coffee on the beautiful Place du XIV Juillet, everything will be within reach. You can also take the boat to explore Arcachon, Cap Ferret, and, of course, the famous Bird Island. Located in a cul-de-sac, "La Maison d'en Face" is a townhouse adjoining its twin sister. It has two outdoor spaces that you can enjoy depending on the sunshine of the day: a landscaped courtyard located on the front side of the cul-de-sac and a beautiful green terrace on the back, sheltered from view. The completely redecorated house consists on the ground floor of an entrance hall, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a veranda with a dining room opening onto the terrace, a beautiful bedroom equipped with a 140x190 bed, an extra "cabin room" for children equipped with two 90 bunk beds (no opening), a bathroom, a toilet and a storeroom; upstairs, a second bedroom equipped with a 140x190 bed with its balcony terrace completes the ensemble. House equipped with Wi-Fi and electric heating (heating at an additional cost). Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for rent (fee-based services available upon request; please inform the owner before your stay). Parking for one vehicle is available in the cul-de-sac in front of the cottage. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, a fixed price of 8 kWh/day of electricity.
