LA Casita - Andernos-les-bains

Located 700 meters from the center of Andernos and right on the beach, this detached wooden house, close to the owners' residence in a quiet, green setting, offers everything you need for a pleasant seaside holiday and to discover the many facets of the Arcachon Basin and its surrounding area. With secure parking near the house, it provides all the possibilities for a pleasant seaside holiday and for exploring the many facets of the Arcachon Basin and its region. A large, bright living room with an open-plan kitchen (microwave) opens onto a sheltered wooden terrace, protected from the prevailing winds, furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers, and an electric griddle. The living room leads to two bedrooms: one with a 140x190cm bed and its own shower room, and the other with a 160cm bed (which can be converted into two 80cm twin beds) and its own bathroom. There is a separate toilet. The cottage is equipped with electric heating. For a truly relaxing stay, bed linen is included in the price and the beds are made upon your arrival. Towels can be rented (€5/person) and end-of-stay cleaning (€65) are optional extras payable directly to the owners. Electricity consumption exceeding 8 kWh/day and heating are charged separately based on meter readings.
