Thanks for your review. I actually assumed that I was preparing the apartment for a couple. I put notes on a calendar by the name as to what is required. I’m sorry I assumed that you only needed one bed. I generally ask and somehow missed doing that. The futon is heavy and understand that it’s hard to use. That’s why when I know it is needed then we have it ready so guests don’t need to open it. The bedroom and bathroom arrangement is explained right in the description of the apartment. It says that it’s accessed through the bedroom. I’m very glad even with these misunderstandings that you enjoyed our place. We hope you return. Glenda

Peter is welcome back anytime. He has relatives in Girdwood, and I’m glad we are located where he could visit with them. He kept our apartment in great shape. He responded when needed. Overall a wonderful guest.

We really are glad Gary stayed in our apartment. He wanted a retreat, and hopefully he had one. He treated our place as he would his own. He left it in great shape. We do hope he can return and stay with us.

We really are glad Donald and his two 20 year old kids stayed with us and got to explore Alaska. That will be a memory they will not forget. I hope they return. They were great guests and totally respected our place.

We truly enjoyed having Kenneth, Amy, and their three teenagers stay with us. They treated our property with respect, and followed our guests rules. They were very friendly, and quiet. We hope to have them stay again. I didn’t mean to order so much snow, but believe they truly enjoyed the mountain here😊

My guests were very pleasant and kept our apartment very nice. When they told me that they were expecting the whole house I reviewed my description on HomeAway. I explain that we were renting the apartment. I called HomeAway and also had them review my description of the rental. They agreed that it’s clear that we only rent the apartment. Nonetheless, I will be glad to host the guests anytime as they were very nice and respectful. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the closet near the kitchen. There was detergent and fabric softener in the bathroom vanity. The paper I left had this listed along with house rules. The bathroom always has shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. There may be some items guests need that I’m not aware of and I will be glad to note these for future reference. I appreciate feedback.
