GUEST NUMBERS

- The number of guests on the reservation is the maximum allowed on the property (inside and outside) at any time.

- If you’d like to request an exception, please do so through the Airbnb messaging system. Any approval must be confirmed in writing there.

NOISE & NEIGHBORS

- Please be considerate of our wonderful neighbors by keeping noise levels low, especially in the evenings.

SMOKING, BURNING & FIRE SAFETY

- No smoking, vaping, candles, or incense are permitted inside the home.

- At this time, outdoor fire pit use or burning of any kind is not allowed.

FOOD & CLEANING RESTRICTIONS

- Cleaning or processing of fish is not permitted inside or outside the home.

PROPERTY CARE

- Please leave furnishings, décor, and kitchen items in the same place you found them.

OWNER`S RIGHTS

- If concerns arise, the homeowner may check on the property as needed.

- Guests who break house rules may be asked to leave to ensure the safety and security of the home.
