"The hotel is really nice, the pool area is clean and modern and the staff are really nice. The apartment was huge and had everything you needed including cooking and washing facilities. It has two big balconies and good aircon and nicely decorated. It is a straight walk down to a nice area with restaurants and 15 min walk from the beach. "

"Bom hotel. Para quem que ficar na localidade de Falasarna, Balos é uma ótima opção e relação custo benefício. Não tem vista para o mar, o café da manhã é muito bom e depois de um passeio o final da tarde na piscina e bar foram ótimos."

"We were in Chania last year and walked past this property. It looked so interesting, we tracked it down to book it for 2025 and were not disappointed. Waking up to the sea view was wonderful: sitting on the terrace with a cup of coffee watching the world go by was even better! There is a supply of plates, bowls and cutlery if you want to do some basic self-catering - and we went hunter-gathering at the amazing local market for olives, cheese and tomatoes to do just that. "Excellent for a one night stop before flight. Beautiful apartments set into the hillside overlooking Souda Bay. Incredibly modern, new and super clean. Very spacious rooms, equipped with all the essentials and also outstanding views. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Nothing was an issue for them. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating with my requests and really lovely to deal with. Wonderful small pool area which again, has an incredible view of Souda bay and the mountains. Well...

"We stayed in Pasiphae, the Avra apartment over two levels and with a balcony overlooking the harbour. It was amazing, without a doubt one of the best holiday apartments we have stayed in. Beautifully fitted out to a high standard; enormous; amazing views from the balcony - we sat there every night till late and felt like we were part of the buzz but in a VIP area! And the soundproofing was completely effective at keeping out noise from the local bars. Plus daily service from a very friendly...

"This was an amazing experience at such a lovely spot overlooking the harbor and lighthouse. We stayed in the Family Suite above Lithos restaurant. The extra cost even though we only needed one room/one bed was very well worth it. It was a bit difficult to find as we had to check in at Domus Renier property (their sister boutique hotel). This is entered through Zepos restaurant which is on the harbor. This part was not communicated to us so we had to call from the number given to us for Domus...

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in the most ideal location for a first time traveler like myself. All of the staff were very nice and helpful throughout my stay! I had a one bedroom king suite (3rd floor, so yes there are some stairs!) with a private balcony overlooking the harbor. Absolutely stunning views! The town itself is very walkable and the Elia sits from and center directly on the Chania Harbor! If you were looking at this hotel, don’t second-guess it and just book it you won’t regret it!"

"The Hotel is in a charming location in the old Harbor,with nice restaurants around;The hotel staff,all of them,are very helpful and kind,they helped us in making reservations to restaurants as well..The Breakfast was the highest highlight for us,local and international products,lots of options,everything was very tasty and fresh,high quality! We didn’t like the Room beds,extremely soft and seemed to be old,we didn’t sleep well unfortunately,with some back pain after the night,both of us..If the beds in our room were better,I would give 5 stars for our stay,but unfortunately we didn’t like them."
