"The facilities, the room and the breakfast of the hotel are amazing. But the hotel services leave something to be desired. The check out took so long, they are lost. Most of the staff don't speak english, restaurant staff at lunch time are lost, we ordered a dish that never arrived because the waitress did not take the order. And spa services are not available on the weekend."

"Worst mattress I have ever experienced! We were supposed to stay for 2 night but have left the hotel on the next morning because we just couldn’t sleep the all night. Obviously the hotel didn’t refund us for the second night and didn’t even care about it! If you like to be swallowed by the mattress this is your choice. Otherwise don’t stay here! The location is good and breakfast is decent , the boy that has checked us in was accommodating and could speak english… but that’s all."
