Excellent!!

This property was absolutely perfect! Accommodating all 9 of us adults on our trip to Disneyland! The walk there was such a breeze and was way shorter than I even realized. Thank you for sharing your home with us! Multiple people in the group said they would and want to stay here again!

Great location, but an update is needed

This house could definitely use an update (worn paint, missing doorknob on the security gate, and minimally stocked kitchen), but the location was excellent for our days at Disneyland. Overall, the rental met our needs and it was an easy walk into the parks, but I will try to find a different place to stay if Iā€™m in Anaheim again.

This townhouse perfectly suited our family of fiveā€™s needs for our Disneyland trip. The property is very spacious and well equipped. It felt like a home away from home. We would stay here again, no question.

Perfect Disney stay!

This is a perfect place to stay for a Disney vacation! Parents, grandparents and 2 toddlers enjoyed this condo for Disney fun. All the Mickey touches throughout really made my kids all the more excited. Owners are great and communicated well. Will stay here again in the future! You can use the tram pretty easily to the front of Disney or walk a little further to downtown Disney to take the monorail.

Amazing location - well loved.

Owners were highly responsive, best location for a 10 min walk to downtown Disney, plenty of strollers and cute little gift for kids at check in.House you can tell has been well loved, does not look as nice as in the pictures, maybe needs some cosmetic upgrades or updates. Floors creek REALLY bad upstairs, so if you have light sleeping little ones, try and limit bathroom breaks. Bring eye masks and ear plugs due to bright lights and thin curtains and road/neighbor noise. BUT we would rent there again based purely off location and owners.

Location location location!

This place is a 10-15 minute stroll to a Disney security entrance with very few people as it is a ā€œbackā€ entrance. The property is darling with all the Disney character features and history throughout the unit, but when you get to the kitchen, itā€™s like Old Mother Hubbardā€™s place! Thatā€™s not to say that the dishes and the pans donā€™t look like an IKEA display, but there wasnā€™t a single spice or condiment to be found. Not even salt or pepper! (Though the shakers were cute, they were EMPTY!) The reason families rent a condo is to cook meals in and save money. Having traveled extensively for many years, it is typical to find that each tenant often leaves something of their purchasesā€¦ onion or garlic powder/salt, soy sauce, oil or sprays, etc. It was stunning to see absolutely NOTHING in the kitchen! Maybe housekeeping is taking everything after each stay? It is totally unreasonable to consider buying all new basic spices for only a week vacation. The beds were very comfy with extra blankets available, but no tissues in the house so yet another thing we needed to purchase. The airport toilet paper is also better quality so bring your own if you want an enjoyable ā€˜go.ā€™ And although there were clocks everywhere (which I appreciate), all of them had dead batteries. So what is the point of clocks? So in Summary, this place is ok and has the best location ever, but overall it falls short if you are hoping to fully utilize your vacation rental.

Family Vacation

If youā€™re looking for a great place to stay close to Disney, youā€™ve found the right place. Short walk to the parks. You can either walk to Downtown Disney or to the tram at the parking garages. The house was clean, had plenty of closet space, and they even left a cute gift for our kiddo. Also need to add that the parking spot was literally in front of the door. Canā€™t beat free parking, especially around Disney. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely be booking again when in the area.

We mostly use the condo for sleeping. We were out before 7:30 and home after. The location was unbeatable half mile walk to downtown Disney get coffee into straight into park. Perfect. Beds were a little soft and lumpy otherwise great stay overall.

Perfect stay for family

We had a great time at the storybook Villa! Everything about our visit was perfect. They granted us an early check-in. The condo was squeaky clean. We were right across the street from Disneyland and everything in the condo was in working condition. One of the best stays we have had.

Overall stay was great! It was a quick walk to Disneyland, Downtown Disney and California adventure. The Storybook villa had a great layout, clean and comfortable. We will definitely book again in the future!

Convenient stay for Disneyland visit

We enjoyed our stay at Storybook Villa. The townhome was well-stocked with fresh blankets and towels and everything was comfortable. We loved all the Disney decor touches, we even made Mickey waffles one morning! The walk to Downtown Disney/Disneyland gate isn't super quick, but doable! Happy to have the kitchen for cooking while visiting Disney.

We liked staying here. The walk to DL wasn't far. We did have 2 issues that were minor. The shower door in the master bedroom was broken and wouldn't close and the screened outer entry door had issues. Other than that, it would have gotten 5 stars for everything šŸ˜Š

Disney Family time

We were very happy with the location of the property as it is just a 9 min easy walk to the entrance to downtown Disney. The townhouse complex is an older complex but it served its purpose for what we needed, basically a place to come home to after a long day at Disneyland. We enjoyed the space and having a full kitchen to cook our breakfast was ideal. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults.

Think twiceā€¦depends on your priorities

When I booked this place, I read about every review. There were several that mentioned this place was old and not as pictured. I thought to myself, Iā€™m sure they were embellishing. WRONG. This place doesnā€™t look as photoed. Not trying to be rude, but I am going to be honest. Itā€™s OLD, in a scarier neighborhood (I would not walk without my husband with our kids), smelled and very small. I even contemplated on finding a hotel and leaving. I have never been so disappointed before. Besides the house being so old and broke down, ALL THE TOWELS, smelled of vomit and sewage (had to wash everything), master shower door left side isnā€™t on a track and almost fell on my youngest child (you have to lean in the right side to start the shower and basically soak yourself to start it to warm up), master bathroom floor is broken with lots of floor trim damage, the trundle was not under the bunk bed & looked dirty, tons of spare pillows but not a single pillowcase in the smelly cupboards to use with them. I am not normally one to leave a review like this, however, when you plan such a huge trip for your family, you expect what is being advertised. Far from it. I emailed the owner the night we arrived because I was upset, not a care in the world. He said the towels were new. Well, my thought was wouldnā€™t you wash them? The smell made the upstairs stink. How could you not notice that? Claimed the right side of the shower was the access point, well the free standing door almost crushed my kid.

Needs updated photos/deep clean

The condo is in desperate need of a deep clean. The oven was dirty so we couldnā€™t use it without the whole place smelling like someone elseā€™s burnt food. The water and ice machine did not work on the fridge. There were spider webs and large spiders all over the back patio, including on the back door so we were uncomfortable letting our young kids play outside. There werenā€™t kids toys on the patio like in the listing, which was disappointing to them. The master shower had mold. The drains for the tubs and showers were all disintegrating and rusty. There was a thick layer of dust on the lampshades. The walls were dirty. When we walked in, it smelled so strongly of pinesol that we had to keep the doors open to air it out. The listing pictures are outdated. While it has the same furnishings, everything is more run down and dirty than appears in photos. The distance to Disneyland was a manageable walk with young kids, but that aside, I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Great Location

Family enjoyed our stay. Close proximity to Disney is ideal, but we did not walk to the park. Lyft was cheap and easy. Really liked having a garage. Would definitely recommend.

Location great

Location was great, about 20 min walk to the gates of the parks. We had a major issue at one point during our stay but our host answered our call immediately and was on site within 15 minutes and later resolved the issue. The unit could use a more thorough cleaning.
