"We visited the Chilworth Manor Hotel for our mini moon after we got married. The receptionist was very rude and abrupt when we arrived to pay before our wedding (before we got married) and made us feel unwelcome from the get go. "We enjoyed our one night stay however feel there are improvements that would enhance the experience. Breakfast was nice with a good selection and welcoming staff. The welcome wine was a generous touch at check in.

"I booked this for my family during my wedding and wow is all i can say. The soace was stunning and Harriet and Giles just could not do enough for us. I was blown away by theirckindness and generosity. To the point at which they let us put my wedding cake in the fridge. Honestly the best hosts ive ever had. Thanks so much guys i know it trueky meant the world to my mum. "

"Great hotel. Staff were good but let down with restaurant weekend staff that could have done more. I kinda felt they didn't make an effort asking a colleague or finding out to andwer my questions instead of just saying "I don't know"
Got my simple request wrong 3 times which was a shame. In the end I didn't insist anymore as I felt will just add to my stress."
