That we will receive 75.00 refund. on the way there we received another text that the key was in the mailbox once you open the door go.up the stairs to your room. upon entry a door opened and the owner asked if we needed help! "The property was very quiet and ideally located as advertise. Be advised that there are steep stairs to carry your suitcases. The placement of air conditioners could be improved. And the cleanliness of the pillows, and comfort of the mattresses could be greatly improved. It was a nice surprise to have an Nespresso machine and capsules. And it worked out just fine for our one night stay during a family wedding at the Sayville resort."

"Family friendly. Loved the games and the NY city teams. My grandmother would have loved it too. She is a die hard NY Mets fan. The hosts were super accommodating making sure our twins had their high chair and cribs. Our family LOVED the bidet!!! My daughter LOVED her room. The hosts took the guess work out of our trip.
