"Did not give me the room I originally booked. When I asked for more pillows and blankets because I had 2 kids that had to sleep on the floor, they said they didn’t have any. When I asked about a crib for my baby, which they advertised, they told me it would be an extra cost."

"What a beautiful, clean & quiet location. We were greeted with a smile at 11pm, checking out at 10am again with a great & helpful staff. Be careful this place is located next to the convention center, but it's less then a block walk over. Breakfast was delicious with generous portions & selections. Kudos to the mgt staff.
