"Perfect location and the house is extremely well decorated. I was only there for Halloween event in Fernandina Beach so I did not spend much time at the B&B just to sleep. Even with the AC off, I could’ve used an extra blanket though it was a bit chilly."

"The room smelled like a dirty musty basement. They got me another room, same smell... thought i could deal with it, but then found a few hairs in the bed and I was just so disgusted that I left and got a refund. Don't book here. There's so many other places in the area that dont have rooms that smell like the inside of a moldy boot. It's not the weather, it's tbe building, the carpets, the walls, etc.... hilton should be embarrassed to call this a hilton property. Smh"

They offer cheese and wine in the afternoon and all day service of cookies and lemonade, which is a nice touch. At times, I felt the need for a bell or some sort of getting someone's attention, as there isn't a proper...
