Under an hour to Bryce and Zion. 10 minutes from Orderville and ROAM adventure tours like Canyoneering, Via Ferrata, etc.. 30 minutes to Kanab and plenty of places to eat and things to do. Has all the basic necessities and extra touches like welcome snacks and host provided a few extra local products. Easy to communicate with host."

"We went up for a day of fishing and to just get away from it all. This was a great place to do it all. We could relax and enjoy the views of the lake, make use of the many table games available, or just sit and watch tv without all being on top of each other. The steep driveway was a bit intimidating, however it was well maintained and no one had any issues getting up to the house. The house is well appointed and had everything we needed. Great communication with the owner. Would stay here...

Everything was just like in the description except gathering eggs from the chickens. We checked every day but there weren't any. One of the owners daughters dropped a dozen off one evening.
