"The host was so kind and accommodating. I am many issues with my visit and the host was tried very hard to make sure everything was good for me. Can't recommend enough! Great price and great location!"

"We loved it here! The family running this landhotel was very helpful and friendly. Located outside of Bautzen, it's a great place to be away from tourists and enjoy contact with real people. The hosts spoke some English, but everyone else we encountered generally just spoke German. It's a very relaxing location, and you'll definitely feel away from the hustle of being in a tourist site. Breakfast was very good, and the dinner we had one night was amazing. We'd love to go back here again!"

"Great location in a building dating back to the 15th Century, but impeccably maintained. Rather steep curved castle stairs, but the manager was very helpful in carrying our luggage. Breakfast was excellent as was service all around. Sherry was waiting in a decanter in the room. When a taxi was delayed picking us up at the train station, the manager (owner?) drove down, himself. First rate service all the way around. Highly recommended."

"👍"

"The ‘business’ room was well decorated and had an abundance of kitchen implements. The main bed was clean and comfy but the sofa bed was not. Beware very low (1.7m?) doorways into the apartment itself and into the bathroom. And the city view is of the patio table and fence. Parking was fine, the walk into the old city about 10 minutes."

Schön versteckt gelegenes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Immer wieder gerne ;-)"

"Gutes Abendessen im Restaurant."

"Bom hotel, porém não tínhamos sabonete (líquido) no chuveiro (estava vazio) e o quarto não tinha frigobar. Hotel ficou um pouco longe do centro histórico. "

"After staying in Berlin and Potsdam, this was a really nice, relaxing break. It has a great B&B kind of vibe with a quiet outdoor dining area, lots of shade and easy parking. The room was perfect, with air conditioning and lots of nice amenities like a little help-yourself fridge with beers, snacks and soft drinks. Everything was clean and comfortable. The lady who owns this hotel ended up being one of the nicest people I encountered in Germany. My dinner of currywurst and pommes (fries), a...

"Fair enough. Not as shown on photos."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The hotel was nice, the breakfast was tasty, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that our room was located above the pub. When we opened the window, we could smell cigarette smoke, which was unpleasant. Apart from that, we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to recommend the hotel."
