"The house was in tip top form and delightfully appointed, very cozy. And within easy walking distance of Nevada City. Updated kitchen, outdoor deck. We had a wonderful time walking into town everyday where the people are friendly and the food is good. The only issue was getting the projection TV to work. It’s fabulous once you figure it out.
