"The room did not have a table and chair to work on. Only a couch. Without a chair, it was difficult to watch TV, eat, or work. Reportedly, only one room had a table and a chair. For this money charged, this is outrageous. The bar was never open, no breakfast, and at night, there was a terrible ringing noise in the lobby. Which is why no one was around. The air conditioner fan would keep you awake, and better just turn it off. This is an old hotel that needs a major renovation or shut...

"Probably my worst hotel experience ever. Hotel is under complete renovation. Construction material and waste littered throughout the hotel. My room had been about 90% renovated, and in my opinion shouldn’t have been bookable. I’m really disappointed with Holiday Inn Express experience. Mostly upset that they didn’t disclose to would be customers that the hotel was under construction. I would not have stayed there had they disclosed this. Do not stay at this hotel until construction...

"The property was clean and tastefully decorated. It was also well stocked with incidental toiletries to include toothbrush kits, although I did not need to use any of the supplies the host provided. I used one towel as a floor-mat and showered with my own towel, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I only had one very minor issue with a mechanical squeak coming from the A/C unit which I solved by turning off the oscillation function. I passed this info on to the host and I'm sure they will...

"No one was there so I had to find a different place to stay!! The property was unkept nothing like the pictures!!"

"The continental breakfast was depleted by 9 o’clock when it was supposed to continue until 930. Food had to be brought back to the room to eat as there was only one small table in that area, no TV. There is also a spider on the floor of the room that was the size of a tarantula No extra blankets or pillows were available in the room and the bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was so old it still has springs in it. The check in was completed by a child. Very overpriced."

"The accommodation was nice and clean. We were able to check in a bit early which was nice. The AC unit in the bedroom is a bit loud and ticks when it kicks on, but it was nice and cool in the hot weather. Ample supplies in the kitchen for coffee, and bathroom toiletries for the night. Overall a great experience."
