"10/10! This place was clean and easy to find with the provided instructions. Parking was a little tough as the alleyway wasn’t very visible (we came in at 11:30pm) however once we found the painted numbers in the lot we were great! Walkable, convenient and a decent space for what we needed. If you are a light sleeper, this is near the train and it does run frequently. "

"We had a great stay! The VRBO was incredibly well stocked! Ice machine was a plus. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. The water feature was lovely. Communication and access were both excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that the oven is not a traditional but a microwave/convection/bake counter top style. We did use the 2-burner hot plate and the electric grill! We would definitely stay again!"

"The Old Rock Quarry Studio is homey, comfortable, and clean. It features everything you might want in an extended stay. As mentioned in a previous stay with this host, there is a notable attention to detail here. It is green out of every window, and skylights that open add clean, country air. Note that parking is for one car including local guests. Note too that Check-out is 10:00, not the usual 11:00, I had to apologize for my failure to do so on time. I'll look for this place the next...

"In Eugene for the USATF championships at Hayward field. The apartment was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I was able to walk to Hayward field each day, as well as good restaurants within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to others."
