"Exactly as shown in the photos: super clean, spacious. The furniture looks very sturdy. The bed and sheets were very comfortable and soft. Since we were 2 adults and 3 children, we booked a room with 2 bunk beds, but they gave us a room with 3 bunk beds. The room was advertised as having no window, but it had a skylight that let in plenty of light. The bathroom had two showers, perfect for kids on one side and adults on the other!"
"Super Lage mit Seeblick (ja, nicht jedes Zimmer), aber jedes Mal, wenn man aus dem Hotel rausgeht, liegt der Brienzersee direkt vor euch. Auch das Hotelrestaurant hat diesen herrlichen Blick. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten gemütlich und das Bad ebenso. Das Personal war einfach top! Sehr nette Menschen. Das Frühstück mit offenem Buffet hatte alles, was nötig war.
Würde ich wiederkommen? Ja, auf jeden Fall."

Arcondicionado com muita poeira sujo demais parece que não fazem limpeza nele a meses, e ainda ficou derramando agua, tive quepedir para resolverem e só resolveram no outro dia, passei uma noite sem arcondicionado. "We really enjoyed the accommodation. It is located in an easy-to-access and quiet area, very close to Interlaken Ost station. We stayed in a room with a river view, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful!
The breakfast is simple (nothing excessive), but very good... we did not miss anything.
Perhaps one point to consider is accessibility for some people, since depending on the room you may need to go up or down stairs carrying your luggage by hand, as well as the lack of a TV in the room....
