Guesthouses em Alpena, MI

"Room was small but adequate. Bathroom very small, shower extremely small, no place to set things except on window sill. Beds very comfortable. Check in was virtual, would have been nice to meet owners. Property was beautiful as well as clubhouse. Parking lot could use some painted lines, but we were one of three guests there at the time. Id stay again if i could get a lake view room with 2 beds."

"Place was clean and well kept. It had all the amenities of home and plenty of space for families. Having air conditioning, dish washer, a full kitchen, and washer and dry was also a bonus for managing traveling families."

"Bill is a great host, he’s a pro. Every detail a traveler needs to think about is already sorted thanks to this knowledgeable host. The property is as pictured and actually a bit roomier than it appears. Clean, well appointed and comfortable - I highly recommend."

"Nice layout with all the immenities"

"The property was in a great location, and the lake was very nice and Mitch was very easy to communicate with. The house could use a deep clean and check that all the screens are in so you can open the windows."

Huge kitchen island for gathering :-)The outdoor space is king here, with the very large patio,...

"Checking in was a little difficult since I arrived late and it was already dark. There wasn’t a clear indication of where I needed to go, but the host referred me to Jeff, who was fantastic. He was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area — he alone deserves a star! The stay itself was okay. The area was beautiful, and the community was very friendly. The place has a lot of potential, but I think it could really benefit from a deep clean and some minor renovations. When I first...
