"This hotel was an all around wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and clean, the amenities provided were great. The staff was incredibly helpful and eager to answer questions. The location is also great, in a quiet town with walkable access to markets and restaurants. A nearby city, Bolzano, is an easy drive to get a more metropolitan experience. There are several interesting hikes close to the hotel, I recommend driving to Alpa Di Suisi for breathtaking views. I would absolutely stay...

"The two biggest surprises were Viktor, their 3 day a week hiking guide, and how knowledgeable and helpful the staff were in planning our hikes and how to get there. Also, the complimentary bus pass to the awesome local bus service that can get you to and from hikes. Otherwise, it’s just a lovely hotel. "

"Terrific stay with very pleasant rooms, great health and spa facilities (indoor, outdoor pools, sauna, spa treatment). Immediate and numerous hiking trails out the door into the Dolomites. Gourmet food for half board stays."

"Peaceful, relaxing, quaint, elegant. Wonderful staff. Incredible views. A bit warm at night bc no A/C and although there is a door and balcony, not much air circulation. The staff was wonderful though and provided us with a fan. Adorable bar. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! Free bus to cable car. A bit of a drive to Ortesi however. "
