"A beautiful hotel and grounds offering an authentic, local experience, the rooms, restaurant and food were all of a high standard. The menu choices and food quality and presentation were particularly good and very enjoyable. It was lovely to be able to make use of the swimming pool and the location offered amazing views out to sea as well as panoramic views of San Sebastián. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A walk-in shower would have been preferable to one over the bath as water tended...

We did the tasting menu and flight of wines as it was my wife’s birthday all dishes were superb, there was a lovely cake left for my wife’s birthday on our arrival, the gardens are wonderfully designed and the view of mount teide amazing.. "lovely place and people. However, I discovered a failure of communication from Expedia to the hotel. Expedia fails to inform the hotel whether the booking is fully paid. Without the voucher, the hotel had the booking but not this information. A system failure at the Expedia end."
