THE APARTMENT:
Vila Maria Loft Apartment by HOST-POINT, is an old loft (very common in Portugal in the 70s), transformed into a small and cozy one bedroom apartment on the first floor with air conditioning and views of the Garden and Patio, a full bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchenette and small living room with flat screen TV and free wifi. The space is prepared for a relaxed stay privileging the proximity to the beaches and the city center.

GUEST ACCESS:
The apartment is completely private in its interior facilities, from which the guest will have his access key.
The apartment is divided between the ground floor and the first floor connected by small steep stairs. Impossible access to wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility as well as children under 12 years old.
In the friendly courtyard it is possible to have meals outdoors, as well as the living room with salamander for winter days, the sunny garden, the pool, the pergola and the community dining table are available for the use of all guests of the Vila Maria.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS:
We will personally welcome you, introduce you to the house, the nearest points of interest and some local suggestions. We will always be close by and available to resolve issues and live together whenever work permits.

EXTRA SERVICES:
Add comfort to your stay with the transfer service at an additional cost that will take you from anywhere, directly to the accommodation and vice versa.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Costa de Caparica is a small fishing town known for its more than 20 kilometers of golden sand beaches (including the naturists Belavista, 19 and Meco), the practice of Xávega art, its summer shows and its proximity to Lisbon . It is a very small city, very safe, which invites you to friendly and relaxing walks and bicycles.

MOVE:
On Costa de Caparica, we can reach everywhere on foot, from a walk along the sea, to restaurants, supermarkets, bars and local parks. The bicycle and the small train from the beaches are also options to get to know the entire coastal area. There are direct buses to Lisbon that take about 1 hour and by car or taxi it takes 30 minutes to the center of the capital (25km) and also to the airport. There is some free public parking on the street, subject to availability, which is not possible to book and is more scarce in high season.
