The space itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had a really nice ambience that made it feel comfortable and welcoming right away. "The location of this apartment is okay, and check-in was very smooth. The apartment is a bit worn in some places and could benefit from some maintenance, especially the windows, the blinds, and baseboard heaters are broken. The toilet was not cleaned and there was no toilet paper. I contacted the host and he did drop some off about 6 hours later. For the kitchen, the oven, underneath the sink, and the utensil drawer were not cleaned. A quick heads-up to future guests, bring your own linens....

"THIS PROPERTY is not anything like what is described. The Apartment is dark, dingy and dirty. It has old, musty and dirty furniture and appliances, It has only one in wall air conditioner for the WHOLE APARTMENT, which during 100 degree temperatures was uninhabitable. The kitchen was dirty and messy. The refrigerator and freezer had old, rotten food in it and was very old and dirty to boot. "Overall we were happy with our stay because the price was great and the house was clean, but we did encounter multiple problems which hurt our rating. The mattresses were uncomfortable, there was limited privacy, there was limited seating and lighting, there was no dish soap and no dishwasher detergent, there were no spare trash bags or spare paper towels, their was no toaster and the stove didn’t work, and there were very few dishes and silverware."

"The apartment was nice but I did have a few issues during my stay, first we didn’t have any heat for the whole 48 hours. I was told that maintenance will be there in the next 24-48 hours and they didn’t show up until 20 minutes of us about to check out for the day . another issue was the water you legit only have 10 mins to wash up with hot water before it turns freezing cold . The bed was also hard as a rock . And you can hear the other people that are living there come thru doors the walls are...
