"We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful farm! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were greeted by the goats, kitties, and dogs each morning and evening when we sat out on the patio. The kitties even curled up in our laps and fell asleep. It was hard not to take them all home with us. The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous with cozy decor and every detail thoughtfully considered. "The property is a early 20th century house in the small downtown area of Scottsville, with easy access to Rochester, Henrietta, etc. The interior is wonderfully decorated including possibly early 19th century funiture, artwork, maps, etc. The layout is a dormitory-type of plan, with a shared kitchen, etc."

"Good location and view right above our favorite brewery. Beautiful interior and amenities. Everything is new and clean. If I were going to be critical I would just say the loft can get hotter than the living room but the AC can be turned up and the hosts have nice fans up there. Overall a great experience and would definitely book again without hesitation."
