"Beautiful property and location. Geese, ducks and swans are everywhere upon arrival. The desk staff (Carolyn ) and manager (Barb) were more than welcoming. Glimpses of zebra as you enter the parking area. The room is adjacent to the gift shop and restaurant. There are people everywhere during park hours. Safari disembarksation just outside your door !Otherwise the room is clean and comfortable. Of mention, there's no window at ALL in the room. There's nowhere to sit except the bed."

"We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful farm! From the moment we arrived we felt so welcomed. We were greeted by the goats, kitties, and dogs each morning and evening when we sat out on the patio. The kitties even curled up in our laps and fell asleep. It was hard not to take them all home with us. The guesthouse was absolutely gorgeous with cozy decor and every detail thoughtfully considered. We loved relaxing on the patio and taking in the amazing views. It was the perfect place to...

"This welcoming, comfortable place was the perfect location and size for visiting the finger lakes area as a single person with pup. (Would be for a couple as well). As advertised, it’s cozy and felt like home during my stay. Check-in/check-out was a breeze. Bed is very comfortable! Hated to leave. Highly recommend."

"Was dissatisfied the room they put me in look like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few months. There was cobwebs on the lights. There was mold, black mold, growing around the window and the floors needed to be desperately swept in the corners. My room was right near the stairwell and there was constant traffic up and down the stairs not to mention the exit door opening and closing all night long. I have a nine month old baby that had a very hard time sleeping there. Staff were not that friendly."
