"Our room, the lobby, and pool were clean and well maintained. The air handler was quiet and kept the room an even, comfy temperature. I also like Hampton pillows more than those in other hotels. They support the head while filling the space between head and neck. The Baltimore Street Grill is an excellent restaurant. We were bicycling the Great Allegheny Passage Trail and did not mind the mile walk into town. This would be easy with a car."

"Overall we had a good stay. We had an issue with an appliance but staff acted quickly and got us a new one as well as changed a lightbulb that we were not aware of."

"The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access."
