"The room was comfortable however, our room was not ready for check-in at 3 PM and we were not able to get into our room until close to 7 PM. The staff did not keep us updated and told us they had no idea when our room would be ready. The property itself feels dated and has a dirty feeling to it. The staff were not overly friendly or entirely helpful when it came to check in or finding our rooms or getting dinner. We will likely not stay again at the resort as a result of our experience."

"The rooms at the Rocky gap Casino are big which are nice. And the bathrooms are large and nice, the toilets are low, however. The general cleanliness of the room was just mediocre, it could use a dusting and a good vacuuming. Great to have the casino on property. The view the outside and the outdoor accommodations are beautiful."
