"Excellent stay from 15th July to 22nd July with 2 room bookings (5 people). Staff are very helpful, kind and caring. The hotel is very comfortable, the breakfast buffet has a lot of choice for all, the food was fresh and delicious. Hotel is located close to gate 79 (kaba entrance gate). Concierge staff were fantastic, cleaning staff were amazing and the restaurant staff were great. Really sad to be leaving but looking forward to our next stay. We dod experience one issue in that we noticed some bed bug bites. We did not see any bed bugs ourselves but we reported it nonetheless. Special mention goes to Riyaz Haniffa who came to resolve.
