Beautiful apartment in perfect location! It is right in the pedestrian only area of the historic center with quaint alleys lined with authentic restaurants. You do need to be fit enough to walk with your luggage from your car and to lift it upstairs. I highly recommend this apartment! The host is delightful and will help you with whatever you need!!!

Magical stay in Alghero

From the moment we arrived, our host, Tiziana, made us feel welcome and explained everything we needed to know. Even beforehand communication was above-and-beyond including recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. She even gave us a welcome gift of local Alghero candy and a large bottle of water. The apartment is decorated with such charm and good taste. Tiziana even explained to us the unique history of the furniture. The beds were so comfortable, even the pull-out couch! Two full bathrooms was so convenient for our family of four, as was the washing machine. The location in old town Alghero is so charming, yet it is right on the outskirts which provides easy access to free street parking with a very short walk. During our stay we loved exploring Alghero (ramparts, outdoor dining, shopping, Ferris Wheel) and Stintino/La Pelosa. We would have loved to go to Asinara and explore by e-bike but we accidentally overslept and missed the ferry! Overall, our stay was amazing and we hope to be fortunate enough to make it back here from the U.S. sometime!

Apartment in der Altstadt

Bei Anreise mit dem Auto gestaltet sich die Suche nach einem Parkplatz sehr aufwendig, und das schon in der Vorsaison. Möglichst mit leichtem Gepäck reisen. Die Lage ist super zentral, bedingt aber auch Lärm am Abend und am frührn Morgen.

Incredible Experience

This was a beautiful apartment, and perhaps the best experience I've ever had with VRBO. My host was incredible, responsive, and welcoming. The apartment was even better than described. Will hope to return someday!

Fabulous trip

The property is exactly as described and is in the perfect location in the old town . There are so many amazing restaurants it was difficult to choose where to go . Mariana was the perfect host and met us late at night for checkin. She was always on hand if needed and had lots of recommendations for places to eat . Don’t miss eating at the Alamo just opposite but pre booking was required even in late Sept . . The apt is really comfy with 2 shower rooms which was v helpful. We would definitely come back and recommend. Thank you x

Beautiful quaint stay in Alghero

Martina’s place in Alghero was absolutely the most adorable apartment we have stayed in during our travels. When we go back to Alghero we would definitely stay here again and we would recommend to friends with two thumbs way up. Everything we needed was provided and it was super clean and beautifully decorated. There were even beach mats and supplies. The AC (we visited in late June) worked perfectly and we didn’t even need to turn on the upstairs unit bc the downstairs unit cooled the entire place gloriously. It was very nice to have a dish washer and washing machine. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for our luggage and items. Having two nice size full bathrooms was very convenient. Instructions for finding the apartment were good and Natalia was waiting for us on the doorstep with a smile and all the information we might need. She also left us her favorite bottle of Prosecco to enjoy. The apartment is just steps away from one of the best gelato and pizza places in Alghero. Everything including a grocery store was within easy walking distance. It was also a very easy walk from the car parking spot we found. My husband said “I think this is the best place we’ve ever stayed in.” I wish I was still there and can’t wait to go back! Thank you Martina and Natalia for helping make our stay in Alghero so memorable.

Wonderful stay in Alghero

Our vacation in Alghero was just wonderful. Our gracious host was incredible and went over and above accommodating us. Our flights from Canada were extremely delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night, Tiziana was there waiting to greet us, and welcome us to the apartment. The apartment itself is charming, very comfortable and extremely clean. We loved every minute of our stay. The location is perfect, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and boutiques. Our wonderful host gave us extremely helpful tips on great restaurants, local shops, attractions and beaches. Highly recommend it.

3 Amazing days based in old town Alghero. Easy drive to discover the beautiful northwest coasts.

Communication with the owner, Tiziana, started before we arrived and it was very helpful, including a lot of tips. On our arrival, Tiziana and her son gave us a very warm welcome. It was like we met our friends that they had prepared the flat just for us.😊 Shiny clean flat with all the comforts for a relaxing stay. Airconditioning was an extra comfort for a nice cool sleep. The location was amazing, in the heart of the very friendly old town of Alghero, with beautiful restaurants just next door, in the same street. Easy to walk the whole old town, the marina, to enjoy the nightlife, tasty plates, wine bars. The whole experience was wonderful and we definitely recommend it 🥰

Great location and service

We had a wonderful stay here at this very conveniently-located apartment close to the sea and in the heart of the old town. Elisabetta was a wonderful help for us during our stay. She immediately helped us with a problem that we created for ourselves--and for her--and did it with kindness and good humor. The apartment was very comfortable and so close to shopping, tourist sites, and great restaurants. We had a wonderful time in beautiful Alghero!

Perfect location

The apartment is perfectly located in the old town in the centre but quiet too. Lots of lovely places to eat and drink and only a few minutes from the sea. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late but Elisabetta kindly waited for us and she gave us lots of good advice during our stay. The apartment is lovely although my partner is 6ft 6 and found the mezzanine bedroom area proved very tricky!

Prima vacanza ad Alghero

Era la prima volta per noi ad Alghero. Tiziana è stata gentilissima nel consigliarci i posti da visitare e le spiaggette meno affollate ma super caratteristiche. Noi eravamo senza macchina, ma grazie alla zona centrale dell'appartamento non abbiamo avuto alcun problema per spostarci usando mezzi pubblici e bici. L'appartamento carino, con tutto l'essenziale, forniva anche l'ombrellone per la spiaggia. Pur essendo nel centro storico la zona era molto tranquilla. Consigliato per famiglie ma anche per coppie che vogliono stare tranquilli. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Gorgeous! It doesn't get any better than this.

The host Tiziana, alongside with her son Andrea and Elisabetta, has gone above and beyond to make sure that my stay in Alghero with my partner was something special. The apartment is absolutely gorgeous and right in the middle of the greatest side of the city. Where all the nice boutiques, restaurants, ancient ruins are. Also at walking distance to the port. We totally recommend this place and if possible we'll be visiting again. Andrea & Jo

Top Wohnung - perfekte zentrale Lage - sehr freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang

Wir (2 Personen) buchten die Wohnung für 5 Tage und waren sehr sehr zufrieden! Die Wohnung war gemütlich und vor allem sauber. Das Bett war bequem und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Elisabetta, die Dame die uns empfangen hat, war auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach perfekt! Ein paar wenige Schritte und direkt ist man am "Strand" riservato beach oder im historischen Stadtzentrum, Einkaufsboutiquen, Bars, Restaurants.... Einfach genial! Wir kommen wieder!

Una vacanza da sogno

Appartamento bello e comodo per posteggio ! Consiglio questo appartamento che oltre ad essere bello , comodo, pulito, accessoriato di tutto, é in una posizione favorevolissima per posteggiare l'auto se ne siete provvisti ! Finalmente un appartamento che ,pur essendo in centro storico ,é vicino ai posteggi. ! Poiché é tra la vecchia Alghero e la nuova. L'appartamento migliore che ho trovato in centro storico. Grazie per la bella vacanza trascorsa!

Appartamento molto confortevole

Per motivi di lavoro ho alloggiato in questo bellissimo appartamento, molto caratteristico e ben inserito nel contesto del centro storico della città di Alghero. Ho affittato per motivi di lavoro arredato con gusto ed in linea con la caratteristica del luogo, dotato di tutti i comfort, molto pulito ed ordinato, ampio parcheggio disponibile nella zona. La proprietaria è molto gentile. Consiglio vivamente.

Punti di forza: posizione centrale comoda per visitare Alghero, arredamento curato, cortesia e disponibilità della proprietà. Punti di debolezza: vari problemi con l'acqua calda e l'impianto elettrico, soppalco con soffitto troppo basso, molta polvere in casa.

Herrliche Lage

Wir haben uns in Alghero und in diesem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Tiziana hat uns von Anfang an das Gefühl gegeben, dort willkommen zu sein. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt. In nächster Nähe von guten Restaurants und Geschäften. Busverbindungen zu den Stränden und dem Airport in unmittelbarer Nähe. Je Fahrt (auch zum Airport 1 EUR). Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Sehr ruhig obwohl mitten in der belebten Altstadt. Tiziana hat uns schon im Vorfeld soviele Infos gegeben, dass wir uns schnell zurecht fanden. Jederzeit wieder!

Bel emplacement mais accueil sur place à revoir

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour ceux qui souhaitent être au centre (tout à proximité). Il est propre et fonctionnel. Excellente communication avec la propriétaire. Cependant, quelques points dérangeants : - la chaleur limitée de la personne en charge de l'accueil. Absence de confiance trop marquée (photo de votre passeport sur place). En gros, on se sent plus dans un hôtel impersonnel que chez l'habitant. - règlement obligatoire du solde (80% du loyer) et de la caution en cash à l'arrivée (somme conséquente quand même à avoir sur soi) - absence totale de wifi et réseau faible même avec le portable - aucune attention particulière à l'arrivée comme cela est d'usage : pas 1 bouteille d'eau au frais, paquets de condiments présents mais vides, 1 c. à soupe de lessive, 1 seule pastille pour le lave-vaisselle... en gros, aucune de ces petites attentions que nous avons trouvées dans chacune de nos nombreuses locations précédentes. - gestion catastrophique des déchets. Nous avons été obligés de mettre nos déchets tous les matins dans les petites poubelles municipales des environs (le commerçant du bas nous a vus passer tous les matins avec nos sachets et nous a dit que la gestion des ordures était de la responsabilité du propriétaire car il ne met pas de poubelle extérieure à notre disposition). - la clé commandant toute l'électricité du lieu est cadenassée aux autres afin que nous ne puissions pas l'enlever du trousseau. Donc impossible le 1er soir de quitter les lieux en prenant les clés avec nous pour ne pas déranger les enfants en rentrant (sinon ils auraient été sans lumière, sans clim, sans TV… le noir total). Système gênant car si vous voulez recharger vos appareils dans la journée, c'est impossible. Donc pensez bien à RECLAMER une 2ème clé qui n'est pas donnée spontanément à l'arrivée. - Bien que le parking soit clairement stipulé dans le descriptif, il n'y a pas de parking avec le logement. Il faut donc tourner des heures pour trouver l'une des rares places gratuites aux alentours (10 à 15 min à pied autour minimum). A chaque demande, on vous renvoie au "contrat" donc un conseil : lisez bien votre contrat :) et bonnes vacances.
