"The apartment is ok, and is actually better than the picture shows. The apartment is only 10-15 min walk away from the old town. Unfortunately there is no air condition, which made the stay too hot for us. There was a fan in the ceiling in the livingroom, but it could only rotate when the lights were on. "

"As two senior ladies who travel together, we were looking for ground floor accommodation with two bedrooms within a walkable distance of the town. This apartment worked very well for us. The bedrooms were spacious, quiet and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The walk along the promenade past the harbour and into the old town is wonderful. We loved Alghero."

"We were a family of 4 and we were very comfortable in this Residenza. Our room overlooked a lovely and clean swimming pool. As a self catering room, it was super helpful having a large supermarket just below the building. Parking was a little bit more challenging as we chose not to pay for private parking, but to find parking on the main road, but we managed. Very close to the beach and a half an hour walk to the historic centre. Would definitely recommend."
