Tudo impecável, 5*. A D. Judite passou o contacto da D. Tina e a comunicação foi fácil e eficaz. Foi acompanhando a nossa chegada a Albufeira no dia, muito prestável e disponível caso fosse preciso algo durante a estadia (felizmente não foi necessário). Habitação T1 de família com tudo o que é necessário e valor razoável tendo em conta os valores praticados na região do Algarve durante o verão. Bem localizado perto da "Old Town" de Albufeira e da praia do Túnel.

Muito conveniente
O apartamento está invulgarmente bem cuidado (sobretudo tendo em conta o que é comum no algarve. A praia fica a cerca de 10 minutos a pé, quase sem declive. A garagem é essencial em Albufeira e tudo funciona muito bem, desde o ar condicioná, à máquina da roupa, passando pela chaleira eletrica e outros dispositivos. Só sentimos a falta de uma máquina de cápsulas de café expresso.

All you need

Perfect location
The apartment/flat was great. Very close to old town but still quiet. The apartment had everything we needed for the week. Bed was very comfortable. Owner and manager were great. Actually changed my booking twice with ease. Had off-street parking but was easier to park on the street ourside. Very easy check-in and check-out. I am returning for a wedding in 2025 and this is the place i will looking to stay.

Great location and reasonable price
We enjoyed our stay a lot, and found the property to be very nice and close to Old Town and the beach where we spent a lot of our time. The only aspect of this trip we didn't enjoy was the rude property manager upon our arrival. A note for anyone renting this property, make sure you have the correct address for any airport transfer or uber ride, as there was some confusion when we were on our way and I was dropped off at the wrong address. Once I got to the property after figuring out the correct address, I was accosted by the property manager who ranted at me for wasting her time despite letting her know the issue as it was happening. The rest of our stay was extremely pleasant and the property is wonderful though!

Perfect Spot Near Everything
The apartment was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is just up the street from the main part of the town. Close enough to be convenient without any of the noise! Check in and check out were super easy, Tina was an excellent point of contact. We would be happy to stay in this apartment again!

The property was very clean, in a convenient location for shopping and dining, and it was well stocked with plenty of items needed during our stay. Communication with the owner and manager were great and our check-in and check-out were very easy. The wi-fi worked great, and we found plenty of TV channels we could watch. Two reasons we originally chose this property were because we had a rental car and there was a parking garage included on site (parking is very limited around the area), and there is a small balcony where we could sit in the mornings or evenings and enjoy a coffee or meal. Shopping and dining were within walking distance, and it's only a short walk to the beach area. If I had any negative comment, it would probably be that the bed is harder than what we are used to. But this is a personal preference and isn't really a negative against the property or host. We would definitely stay here again if we are going to be in the area.

Disappointed
There is no picture of the front of the building as it is on top of a hill. The apartment is clean, however when I arrived the bedsheets smelt like mothballs, there was no hand soap, old coffee left in the filter, no toilet paper out, the coffee maker was on its last leg, the water leaked under the sink, and most importantly there was no lighting outside the entrance door into the hallway. It was literally pitch black as none of the lights were working. I could not even see where to lock the door, It was very scary and I felt unsafe. I emailed the owner and the cleaner daily. Finally, on the 7th night of my 8-day stay, the light bulb was replaced. The owner had left me a tiny bag of coffee dropped off with some coffee filters. When I inquired about a small refund for my inconvenience, her reply was that she already had dipped into income. (lol) I ended up leaving a large bag of quality coffee, body wash, and some drinks for the next visitors.

Dear guest, First of all, my sincere apologies about any inconveniences you experienced during your stay. I generally do not provide coffee to guests, since some might not feel comfortable having it due to the Covid-19 situation. Also, we generally do not provide soap and paper products, but we’ll take it into consideration. As for the coffee maker, leak, and light bulb issues, I contacted my manager in Albufeira as soon as possibleI and she assured me she contacted the plumber and building management right away. Unfortunately, certain things were beyond our control, and they took longer than expected. Again, my sincere apologies. I will make sure this doesn’t happen again. Thank you!

TRES BON EMPLACEMENT ET TRES BON LOGEMENT
l'appartement est très bien ( très propre ) et géographiquement très bien situé car au milieu de l'algarve pour visiter ( de TAVIRA à SAGRES ) de plus il est en plein centre ville avec un garage privatif ce qui est très précieux et très agréable. l'appartemen est climatisé et la personne qui nous a reçu très gentille. je recommande fortement ce logement.

Quiet and comfortable
What we liked: -apartment is located in the close vicinity of Albufeira old town square and the beach. - it was quiet (except the seagulls). One night there was a party next door, but once the door was closed, nothing could be heard - very confortable mattress - balcony: small, but perfect for a dinner or to have a drink. The view is not the nicest, but it gives privacy - garage: street parking is impossible in july, so having your own parking place in a garage without direct sun is a luxury We had an issue with our late evening check in, but communication went well with the owner and we appreciate that the issues were solved. After that everything went well.

Great Apartment!
This is my go to place to stay while visiting the Algarve. Close to great beaches and nightlife. Apartment is in great condition. Since my last stay the owner has installed new A/C units and purchased new beach accessories for renters to use. Owner and Property Manager are very responsive and are a pleasure to communicate with if you need anything. Highly recommend property and I look forward to my next stay.

Perfect Location in Old Toen!
Tina, a lovely friendly lady met us at the apartment to check us in . The apartment is bright , large and well kept. It is in a perfect location , close to restaurants and a short walk to the beach! All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay are in this apartment. It has a great large balcony which we used in the mornings to enjoy our breakfasts .Upon check out Tina kindly offered to take us to the bus station,. another nice gesture much appreciated! Although we didn’t meet the owner we did have some communication with her and she also seems very nice and friendly. This apartment made our first visit to Albufeira memorable.

Apartment fulfilled all our expectations!
From beginning to end our experience has been wonderful. The owner, Judite was very helpful in answering all my questions, responded immediately and followed up with me, which was very impressive. The apartment has a great location, close to everything in old town; taxi stand, bus stand, grocery store, bakery , many restaurants and of course, the beach. It is in a nice residential building with security lock to enter lobby. During our stay we have never heard any noise, it was very peaceful in the building. The apartment itself feels like home; lovely and cheerful decorations, comfortable living/ seating areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, i did not miss anything from my home kitchen and it was very easy to cook our meals when we wanted to. The tv service has many channels; from American, French to even Cuban and Columbian.The bath and bedroom had everything we needed.The apartment has a heating/ air system which we found helpful given it was unusually cold when we were there. The only element that would take this apartment from excellent to outstanding is some minimal upgrade of the bedding; instead of just one pillow per person, two would be better plus a better quality bed sheet/ comforter instead of a thin blanket.

Perfect apartment a short walk from beach
The apartment had all amenities required. It is in a location only a few minutes walk up a slight incline from the beach and main square. It is perfectly clean and tidy in A quiet area.

Perfect Old Town Apartment
Can highly recommend. Perfect location, less than 5 mins walk to the shops, bars and restaurants in the Old Town and another 2 mins to the "tunnel" and beach. Very quiet at night though and didn't hear a thing so a great sleep every night. Apartment is very clean and has everything you need, great powerful shower and also very secure with electric shutters on all windows and a 4 bolt door lock. Both the owner and in resort manager (Tina) were very helpful from initial booking to check-out. Will definitely be booking again and no hesitation recommending to anyone looking for an apartment in the Old Town.

Albuferia getaway
Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a comfortable, relaxed and clean property. The booking was straight forward and Judite replied instantly with any queries , Tina the property manager picked us up from the airport and very friendly and showed all we needed regarding to the property . Exactly as it claims
Tina brought us there and explained all..pay particular attention on how to lock and unlock main door! No safe but with door and lock like Fort Knox and electric security shutters on kitchen..lounge and bedroom windows no one gets in...everything you need is supplied. In a quiet road 5mins from everything and a long balcony which strentches from narrow walk way at kitchen to table and chairs at bedroom end. Can't praise it highly enough and will return

Enjoyable experience
We loved everything about our stay in this property. Apartment was spacious and spotless and had everything supplied. We really appreciated that all basic items were supplied such as detergents, baking papers and foils, salt and paper, some sugar and tea and much more. There were plenty of towels including beach towels. The apartment was modern and everything worked! Tina, the property manager, met us at the airport and dropped us back at the end of our holiday and went through the workings of the apartment with us. All resulted in a most relaxing holiday. We did not need a car as apartment is within 10 minutes of beach, shops and town. Taxis are also only a 5 minute walk away. We would love to revisit at some future date and unreservadely recommend this apartment to others. All in all one of the nicest apartments that we have stayed in.

Nice....great location....no view which we knew going in!
The property is in nice condition and very spacious. There is a ton of storage so it worked really well for a neat freak like me......a place for everything, even had some empty drawers. Very quiet building.

We were at they are five weeks and we loved it. It was bright and airy and spacious. Good location.
Was a very good apartment with all the comforts of home. Close to all restaurants and the beach, but just far enough away from the pubs to be quiet. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and large. A very nice bathroom and a spacious living room made this great stay. The apartment even includes beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach mat. Was a wonderful place and it felt like a real home. Loved it, would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone,

Location, Location, Location
We were only in the apartment for one week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was in a fantastic location, close to supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and shops. It was within easy walking distance to the beach. The apartment was clean and well maintained and included air conditioning. The owner and manager were outstanding. Judite made the booking very easy and responded quickly to any questions. We are very grateful to Tina for picking us up and returning us to the train station and showing us through the apartment. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

fantastic location
we stayed in this apartment for 12 days in august, it was in a fantastic location exactly as described in the advert. it was a short walk to the main town, beach,resturants so many to choose from. the apartment was very well equipped like home from home would definetely reccomend it to other people and will be keeping it on my shortlist for a return visit in the future.

We had two wonderful weeks staying at judites apartment. 5 mins from everything very clean and tidy with everything you could want for your stay .not forgetting tina who was very helpful and sweet .we will definitely be returning and would recomend to everybody .
