"The house was lovely and clean and is really handy for buses out to Skegness or Mablethorpe as well as a short wander to the shops/ pub/ beach.The garden was a particular high spot and our dog loved it. We had everything we needed and didn't bother driving out to do a "big shop" as the co-op and spar are so close by. "

"Although the accommodation was as stated it wasn’t ready on time due to previous tenants a not leaving on time and b leaving a mess so the cleaner had double the work they had 2 large dogs and they let them mess and wee on Astro turf the cleaner did her best but when the sun was out you couldn’t sit in the yard or have doors open because of the smell which was awful they ai Lao smoked in the bedroom and we couldn’t sleep in there even with windows open so had to move in the small bedroom this...

"This was not a cottage but a appartment. It should not be marketed as Cottages,it was not soundproof and we could hear every foot step the people above made. The people who owned it know it and gave us a partial refund for the 2nights we stayed.It was a huge problem , but owners very nice."
