"Wow what a find,bungalow is great,but it’s the garden which makes this property so fantastic-so pretty and soooo big.everything you need is at the property.perfect place to drive to the near by seaside resorts with all the hustle and bustle then back to the peace and quiet of the countryside! Went with children 5 and 15 plus the dog,garden all fenced off for everyone to be safe and secure. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay and can’t wait to book again-thank you to Sarah the perfect host x"

"Loved staying here, it was a different experience to staying at a hotel, it was cosy and comfortable. Had a lovely patio area outside where we sat every morning with a cuppa tea, at night we enjoyed sitting under stars while watching films on our laptop. "Very disappointed when we first arrived looks like the decorating was done by a blind man all mix and match.the whole place needs a damn good clean thought we had moved into step toes yard .electrics unsafe bodged wiring .no wash basin shower area filthy .single mattresses hadn’t been checked stained and smelly (urine) whole floor area needs replacing due to bad fitting .patio doors were tapped and big lock and chain as the doors were broke .site manager unaware it has been rented out.they...

"Love our stay, close to beach. Close to Mablethorpe. They even left us some goody’s like tea, coffee, surger, juice and biscuits. The owners where very quick at answering any question. Will definitely come again maybe next we will have a dog."

"This was our second visit here, we found we had everything we needed for a relaxing short stay. No complaints for anything - it was clean and tidy and the host leaves handy things that you may need. We were able to cook a breakfast and two evening meals."
