"Hotels did not confirm booking with hotel. The itinerary was not in the system. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. Hotels service phone number is not readily available on site. AI was not programmed to help. 50 minute check-in was not appreciated. Resolved by requesting a refund which was performed timely."

"The ice machine required intervention and the bathroom faucet was loose, but otherwise everything was in order. The location was outstanding, near everything I needed in Santa Rosa, including downtown, Guernville, Gym, Freeway and various restaurant options within walking distance. "

"O Hotel é bom, limpo e confortável porém, um pouco caro. Não gostei do café da manhã, pouca coisa oferecida, melhor comer fora. Fiz a reserva antecipada por 6 noites mas precisei estender para ficar mais um dia, dessa forma, me cobraram uma tarifa bem mais cara pela diária. Não é muito bem localizado, você precisa ter carro para ir ao centro da cidade."

"I love how the fridge and microwave are housed in their own cabinet. It looks very nice! Most other places just put the microwave on top of the fridge. Excellent location, being close to on and off ramps, and with the huge shopping center across the road where you can get lower priced gas at Costco and sundries at Target. Randy at the front desk was very nice. I would definitely stay here again!"
