"Great location, but the property itself is pretty bare-bones. We arrived to sticky counters and some hair in the shower. The whole thing was just pretty low quality…perfectly fine for a short stay where you’re mostly out and about. Or if you’re just on a budget. Just be prepared for a no-frills place to sleep."

"The location is peaceful and is around 10-15 minutes from downtown Ashville. It is an apartment, but there are just a few apartments and they aren't side by side, so the front porch is fairly private. I was just as happy there reading a book, watching the squirrels.as I was exploring downtown. The porch has a gate, so you can trap your furry friends with you while you enjoy nature. "We love hanging out at New Belgium as our "home-base" when we visit Asheville, so, the location was great. The room was clean and had all the essentials. I will say, however, if you have hard-steppers or just generally loud people above you, you will hear them. We always pack earplugs so it was whatever. Nice place, would definitely stay again."
