Holiday Home 'Villa Eden' with Mountain View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Alcaucín, Andalusia, Villa Eden is a 123 m² holiday home that accommodates up to 6 guests in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by stunning mountains. You will find 3 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms on a single, recently modernised floor. The villa features an open-plan living room, dining area and a well-equipped private kitchen, with French doors leading to a garden room. Amenities include air conditioning throughout the house, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, private barbecue, sauna and jacuzzi. Families will appreciate the available cot and high chair.



In the private garden, you will find avocado, fig, orange and apple trees, as well as hanging grapes. You can enjoy mountain views from covered and uncovered terraces, along with four different areas for dining and relaxing, including two barbecue spots. The private outdoor pool is available year-round and the jacuzzi offers spectacular views. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a pizza oven, fridge, sink and barbecue, and a small house at the end of the garden provides extra space with a sofa and bed.



There is shared parking on the property. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed. Security cameras are installed in the living room, hallway and kitchen, but remain switched off during your stay.



The beautiful white village of Alcaucín is 5 minutes by car or a 45-minute walk, with restaurants, supermarkets, a bank and pharmacy. Puente don Manuel is 10 minutes away, offering more dining options. Beaches and Torre del Mar are 30 minutes away, and Málaga airport is 1 hour away. You can also go horse riding or hiking in the Tejeda mountains.
