"Even better than the photos! Excellent property- clean, comfortable, elegant decor, and well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Exceeded our expectations. Easy check in; property manager stayed in touch throughout our stay, checking to see if we needed anything. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again. Close to High Springs with cute shops and excellent restaurants. Wonderful!"

"My boyfriend and I really enjoyed staying here with our dog! The neighborhood is nice and walkable, the unit was clean and had everything we needed. As a matter of information, I did not see a place where we could control the temperature, but it was very comfortable while we were here. The shower is also quite small, but there were toiletries provided and that was nice. We were close everything we could want and a short drive from downtown. "We stayed for 3 days and the condo was super nice, when arrived the first thing we noticed was how clean the place was. Someone had taken our parking space but the owner or person in charged helped us even though it was super late. The response was fast and efficient. The condo was super cold so no complaints in that department as it was extremely hot outside during the day. "

"Floors have a severe slope to them which is normal due to age, owners have done their best to update it. Neighborhood was very quiet. Window AC shakers will freeze you out. It is not a luxury home by any means but it does the trick and a great option for a quick getaway near the campus."

I should note that this condo is on the 2nd floor and is one straight flight of narrow stairs, so if you have any disabilities or impairments this may be an issue for you.
