"Well I would love to share my experience and I know it will be a weird one . What happened is when I went there I found out that the hotel is closed and under construction so I was so disappointed , then I was able to get hold off the manager and he apologized for me and transferred me to a different hotel the other hotel name was alosol almasiah الاصول الماسيه a very nice hotel and so close to the haram .not sure whose mistake was ? "Bedding and towels were so clean and comfortable. Room was supplied with everything we needed. The scale in the bathroom was a nice touch. Place is quiet, all staff are nice and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the water pressure of the the sink fossette. The shower was super powerful but the sink was very annoying. Didn't bother to complain as I was out most of the time. Oh and when you flush the toilet it splashes water on the seat so i have to rince it every time. Probably water...
