"Unfortunately, our "Anniversary Get-A-Way" did not go as planned! The hotel/casino runs on a "skeleton crew" in all aspects of the hotel/casino during the week. Only on Thursday-Sunday do they have more staff, gaming, etc. The Spa has never re-opened since after COVID (a dealer stated that they will never open back up) So much for a romantic "couples massage." Only 2 restaurants and 1 cafe were open while we were there. The other restaurants are open only later in the week/weekend, forcing...

"The rooms are noisy. You can hear neighbors closets squeaking and closing during the night. DO NOT let your kids in the jacuzzi. They are over chlorinated the kids and adults were coughing from the gases and staff didnt care. They said they couldnt do anything about it. The restaurants and play are good if you are not staying the night. "

"We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the Bluebird. The room was spacious with all the amenities we needed, would have been nice to have additional blanket since it was a bit chilly. The bed was a bit slanted so I was rolling off the bed. Easy parking, about 20mins walk into town and 5mins walk Mile High Cafe (dog friendly).Would stay there again."

Now for the inn itself: Soaps, shower gel, etc. were nice: conveniently located on the wall in the shower. The room came with microwave & fridge, that was great. Floors were laminate wood look & were cold on the feet without socks & slippery when wearing socks. There was loud construction going on in rooms on my floor for a day or two. "The Inn at Europa is absolutely lovely. I had a wonderful stay. I really enjoyed staying up on the hill, it was beautiful and peaceful and so close to everything. The location was fantastic and I would not have changed it. I appreciate the comfort of the room, the bed was so comfy and inviting, the fountain in the courtyard provided additional ambiance. The staff were all accommodating and friendly, wonderful service. I will absolutely stay here again. I loved being so close to the restaurants...
