"We had a great stay here - it’s such a charming house in a fantastic location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go in Cville. Hosts were on top of everything and super communicators. Highly recommend!"

"Place was nice an quite and had a good view of the horses outback. The location was great and close to restaurants and wineries. "

"Lovely spot with friendly hosts. Comfortable bed, bath and we enjoyed viewing the animals from the porch while sipping coffee. We hope to be back again!"

"Scott was a great host. We had a wonderful time. Actually, we had to cut our vacation short by one day and Scott was very gracious about that. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, it will be at this cabin."

"We have rented several properties over the years and this has been the most impressive so far. I had packed half my kitchen worried about having all the tools I would need to cook with and it was a waste of time and space. "

"We loved our stay in this adorable cottage. It was very clean, comfortably furnished, had everything we needed and was in a great location. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch each morning looking towards to park. We would definitely stay there again! "

"We were in town for my grandmother’s funeral and wanted to spend a little time exploring CVille and Monticello while we were here. It was clean, comfortable, safe, and cozy. It was perfect walking distance to restaurants and the mall. We were a quick drive to Monticello and hikes. Beds were comfy. My boys loved the sonic the hedgehog video game on the TV when we were packing up and during a storm that came through. We couldn’t have picked a better spot for our family. "

"We had a great stay. The house is very nice and clean, and in a central location in Charlottesville. The neighborhood is lovely with many restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. Check-in and check-out was easy, and the host communicated well. We would definitely stay there again."
