"Very nice view over the city and is one of the best places to sit and watch the lights of Addis. The room was functional and the water in the shower was hot which is a very welcome thing. The room was a little noisy as the balcony door was not sound proof so the stray dogs barked all night and there was no way to reduce the sound. The room was clean and had lots of space. There is an amazing Spa in the building which is well-recommended."

"This hotel was everything we needed with a welcome level of good quality. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and I had numerous meetings with people here and in the coffee shop. The room was also great, except several items were not working in the room. In spite of that, we got very good value and will definitely come back here again. The staff offer excellent service."

"Great location and staff are fantastic. BUT the room was noisy, not only from construction but outside noise. Bathroom had issues with water coming up the drain, and the room was rather old. I would stay in same area but another property next time. Excelente localização e os funcionários são fantásticos. MAS o quarto era barulhento, não apenas da construção, mas do ruído externo. O banheiro tinha problemas com a água subindo pelo ralo, e o quarto era bastante antigo."

"O Hotel é muito bom para a qualidade Etiópia. A companhia aérea não encaminha para esse ótimo hotel, só para hotéis ruins, sugiro pagar o próprio hotel. Não sei qual a razão disso, mas fiquei satisfeito com esse hotel que paguei por conta própria e a área do entorno é razoável, o hotel muito próximo do aeroporto. O café da manhã muito bom. A van estava no horário para nós levar ao aeroporto. De lá vim de táxi, muita confusão no aeroporto para chamar a van do hotel."
