Near the house flows a beautiful stream, along which you can make pleasant walks. In the village of Naro (3 km away) you will find a restaurant and a bar and you can go shopping in Acqualagna (10 km). The land is part of an organic farm of 64 hectares and it is located in a protected nature reserve.

The manor house dates back to the 7th century and this spacious flat with its own portico and independent entrance is equipped with all comforts. The shared saltwater swimming pool is surrounded by a lawn with sun loungers and a rose garden. You can prepare your favourite dishes in the kitchen and the spacious living room is equipped with all comforts.
