"I booked a room described as a 'Double or twin room with sea view'. In the notes of the booking, I requested twin beds but I was allocated a double room. The man serving me - older gentleman, white hair - would have struggled to care less. No apology, he just blamed Expedia and gave us a room with no view, which wasn't how we wanted to end our trip. There are signs everywhere telling guests what all the rules are. The hotel feels like an old people's home rather than a holiday destination. ...

"Extremely disappointing stay. I booked for 3 people, but the room was only suitable for 2. The third bed was tiny, rock hard and not fit for proper sleep. I could not let my son sleep on it, so I had to use it myself and eventually ended up on the floor. After driving over 8 hours, this completely ruined what was meant to be a nice family trip. "The accommodation was quiet, private, and had a cozy, cabin-like feel. Having both a washer and dryer was a major plus, especially while traveling. The space is a little older and somewhat cluttered, which made it feel less fresh than some places we have stayed, though it may have been more about the age of the property than the actual cleanliness. The bedroom is upstairs while the bathroom is downstairs, so that is worth keeping in mind. Overall, it was a peaceful and private place to stay with...

"The room was well appointed and the good and service in the restaurant excellent. The only feedback I have is the shower over the bath could be difficult for an older person to safely get in and out of and check in times are not always convenient for weary travellers..when we arrived at 3.40pm after travelling from Northumberland and absolutely needing the bathroom, the hosts made us wait 20 minutes before opening the door."

Na sala do pequeno almoço alguém antes de nós tinha entornado leite ao servir-se.
