1 bedroom apartment with living room, kitchen, huge terrace, garden & pool, in a quiet area. Furnished, equipped, including the kitchen, TV, fast wifi & bedding.
All services included, including laudry of your personal clothes, and meals upon request.
The owner (family with 2 children) live downstairs but guests have their privacy.
Airport pick-up, car rental and breakfast are available at competitive prices.

The apartment is very spacious, the bedroom is self-contained, and there is a guest toilet. Great view over the city and quiet environment.
Kids can safely play in the great suspended net in addition to the pool, garden and ping pong table.
The bed has a mosquito net and it is very large (2m * 1.90). The bed has a premium Makassi Gold mattress and high-quality 100% cotton bedsheets.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 burner cooker + oven, fridge, with microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster. There are plenty of cooking tools. An exterior BBQ is available by the pool.
Airport pick-up, car rental and breakfast are available at competitive prices.
The wifi internet is very fast(fiber optic cable).
Internet TV with netflix.

Guests have access to the garden, swimming pool and the sports / leisure area which include ping-pong table, foosball, bench press and a boxing bag. On the huge private terrasse, there is a hamac and a large suspended playing net.

We are looking for quiet guests: no parties, no loud music. The pool is closed from 8pm to 8am.

You can order, at an extra fee, the airport pick-up (55 € one-way), breakfast (9€), lunch (23 €), dinner (23 €) as well as a drinking water (18 liters) – 10 €.
