"Perfect place for somewhere that is off the beaten track but still not far from anything you would want. Lovely two storey cottage with character and loads of information on places to go and things to do. Tons of varied DVDs available. Toilet downstairs and shower room with toilet upstairs. Wifi available but limited range can be problematic for some applications (e.g. streaming). Fab, clean hot tub. Friendly, helpful family run the farm and 2 cottages. "

"We rang ahead to see if we could get an early check -in. The owner was really helpful, and accommodated our request. The room was clean, warm, and the bed comfortable. The owner was attentive and friendly at breakfast. Cereal, and a full breakfast/toast were available. Good value for money. Only slight criticism was, there was an old bike with a flat tyre in the hallway, which could be cleared away. "

"Husband and I have just stayed here for a week with our big puppy and can honestly say the place is so beautiful, Jo and her husband have done a fantastic job with the pod and making it so homely inside. The pod had everything available from bed linen, towels, tea towels, cooking equipment, utensils, toaster, microwave , iron, ironing board, hair dryer, books, log burning fire and more. Also for added security there is a fire blanket, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, smoke alarms and security...

"I stayed in Colwyn Bay for the Northern Eye Festival at Oriel Colwyn and the stay was very enjoyable. I was made to feel very welcome and was well looked after. It's a quiet little Guest House and only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of town - I would definitely stay there again :-)"

"Beautiful, comfortable property in a great, secluded location at the bottom of a valley. Everything we needed was there, and the hosts were waiting with the keys to give us the tour. Dog friendly, but be aware that the garden is not fully fenced off from the fields and sheep roam through it regularly. I can see how the track to the house could be challenging in winter, but it was no problem in a rear-wheel drive coupe in summer, even in the rain."

"Amazing, truly an exceptional cottage. Has everything you could possibly need. Excellent communications. Was met by Sue, the host at check in. She went through everything I needed to know. The cottage is situated opposite the Eagle and child pub. Delicious food, super friendly and great value for money. Will definitely be returning. "
