Onze excuses dat uw verblijf niet zo prettig was als u had gewild.Er is een kerk in een andere vleugel van de faciliteit. De ingang is alleen om in te checken en de toegang aan de achterkant is voor uw gemak omdat deze dichter bij de kamers ligt.De kamers zijn niet voor daklozen.Ons ontbijtmenu is sinds Covid ongekookt continentaal en we informeren alle gasten altijd bij aankomst. We hebben echter de optie voor gratis ontbijt verwijderd.We hopen dat je weer bij ons zult blijven wanneer je in Aberdeen bent

Good day Jessica, apologies that your stay was not as expected. There was a technical issue with our connectivity with Expedia which has now been resolved. We apologise that the other guests shouted in the hallways, we would put signs in public areas as a reminder that others may be sleeping and need their quiet. We hope you will stay with us again whenever you are in Aberdeen.

Good day Gavan,Trust you are well. We informed you that since the Milk was needed in the morning, we would keep it in the fridge for you till then. And i brought you the milk first thing in the morning. The small tubs of milk was for Tea.You eventually took a picture of the free breakfast (which includes a fruit, cereal and croissant) but forgot to post that. We are always polite and respectful, and despite being very rude to us all, we still stayed respectful to you all through your stay. Do have a great day
