"They used fake Ai images to show amenities that were not there.
Expedia refused to cancel the booking and so did the the manager after I confronted them.
They later removed the images but Expedia continues to list the property and did not issue a refund.
I will be filing FTC and CPB complaints"

"Kambi Mstuni is a great resort with friendly staff and beautiful gardens. The restaurant serves great food too. Will highly recommended it if you’re traveling to the Laikipia/Aberdares area. Will only ask the management to do regular maintenance to the murram road that connects it with the main road on the Makutano side since it’s a little rough to drive there when it has rained due to many potholes on it. Otherwise not a bad place to rewind despite the distance from the main road.
