If you stay, you won't want to leave!!

This multi-level townhome is packed full of charm on every level. Located in Southern Sioux Falls, you are in a prime location with easy to access to all that Sioux Falls has to offer. All while staying in a quiet neighborhood.

The kitchen is stocked with all the tools you need. Lots of pots and pans, handheld mixer, crock pot, toaster, coffee pot and blender.

Bedroom #1 – Upper Level (Master)
King bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom.

Bedroom #2 – Upper Level
Queen trundle bed with a pullout twin below.

Bedroom #3 – Lower Level
Queen bed with a walk-in closet.

Wonderful house and neighborhood!

The house was fantastic and amenities were abundant. We were traveling with twin babies and the host got us additional crib and high chairs. Will absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Enjoyed the kitchen which was well equipped. Bed very comfortable. The attached garage made it a real pleasure to move in and out. Neighborhood nicely located next to all the Sioux Falls had to offer.

Quiet and convenient

This property was perfect for our whole family. I liked the three levels. My daughter and family had the lower level which gave them their own private space. This was a nice quiet and convenient location. Very happy with the stay.

No instructions on how to work digital door lock. I knew code but that’s all. Simple instructions would have been nice. No phone number, until we got inside. Had to email back and forth ( having codes sent to email and then proving it on VRBO website.took 30 minutes of frustration till someone called me,to let me in. They had my number but not owners ? ? (Really) Stayed here two years ago , everything worn since then. Carpets, bath mats, dining table. Knew what we were getting, but too many stairs for us now.( my bad) nice place but showing wear, more for younger families.

We loved it!

Our host was wonderful and the rental looked exactly as pictured. There were six of us from our family who met up for a family event and it worked perfectly for us. We are big board game fans so the kitchen table was where we spent most of our time. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Great property for family visit

This townhome was perfect for us to have some extra room we wouldn’t get if we stayed at a hotel as we usually do when we visit our parents for the holidays. Plenty of sleeping space and plenty of bathrooms, very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and responsive, we appreciated the quick responses and attention to detail. We hope to stay here again on our next visit to Sioux Falls!

Beautiful Place to Stay

We had a wonderful stay! The townhome was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy ourselves while relaxing at the end of the day. We felt at home while visiting Sioux Falls and you will too if you stay here!

Clean, well located space

It was so quick to get around the south end of Sioux Falls from this location and try some of the new foodie restaurants - and of course, grocery and Starbucks are only a couple of blocks away. Clean comfortable space with great pots and pans for those meals you cook for yourself.

We came to Sioux Falls for my cousins graduation and a small group of us stayed at this house. It was very welcoming and was close to all of our family! Overall a wonderful experience! Thank you for a great stay and will definitely book this house again!!

GREAT PROPERTY!

We chose this VRBO as an alternative to staying in a hotel in Brookings, SD near the SDSU campus (in a hotel) and we are surely glad we did! Despite being about an hour away from campus, we were in close proximity to shopping and restaurants in Sioux Falls and the family was able to spend time together in this neat and tidy property with room to spread out. This property was super clean, fresh and new. Beds and linens were comfortable and of great quality.... Felt like home. If we had one suggestion, it would be furniture in the main living area was a bit tight for 6 of us to hang and watch TV comfortably.....I'm being picky. Property manager checked and made sure we were in and good to go. Overall GREAT experience. I would certainly rent this space again.... it was a great stay.

Sioux Falls Weekend

This property has been updated and it has all new appliances, paint, towels, etc. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed with the exception on a pizza pan. It was nice to have a few spices in the cupboard as well some aluminum foil and additional wraps for keeping leftovers cover. I did have a couple of issues with the front door entry and the thermostat but the property manager responded in a very timely manner and the issues were resolved really fast. The reason I did not give this property a 5 is because it states that it has televisions but it does not tell you the the televisions are connected to an app so you have no live TV. I could not watch any of the local news since ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox are not available to watch on the app. I feel that a statement needs to be put in the description of the property that a TV is available but if you want to watch any network television or any sports you need to bring you own laptop and connect it to the tv using your own HDMI cord that you would need to bring along. I would probably stay at the property again because it has been updated and the furnishings were nice and I know to bring my own laptop if I want to watch live television.
