The shower water handle needs to be fixed so it does not randomly cut off and not come back on toilet paper holder needs to be re-tightened so it’s not flimsy and shaky and bathroom door needs to be aligned and have a stopper at the end so it does not come off of the track. I really wish that housekeeping would have come back and picked up dirty linen and took out garbage to make sure that we had that once we returned back to our hotel, quite some...

"The surrounding area was nice but This property is nothing like the unit that was advertised, and I feel completely misled. I reached out immediately after noticing the issue and asked to be switched to the correct unit, but my request was ignored.
The condition of the place is absolutely unacceptable. The walls are filthy and look like they haven’t been cleaned or maintained in years. There are bugs throughout the unit, which raises serious concerns about sanitation and hygiene. To make...

There was some mold or mildew in the master shower. The bathtub plug wouldn't go down in the other bathroom so we had to shower the three year old and he...
