Stay was going great until we went in the bathroom where it was infested with ants, ee walk to the jacuzzi and around it was Allison infested with ants. My husband took video and we went to the front desk, the staff person on that night shift was GREAT, he wanted to discount our room, gave us 4 drink passes and even wanted to change our room but due to an injury, we needed the hot tub and that was the only one available so we opted for any spray and cleaning supplies. The next morning, my husband went to the front desk to discuss room comp (mind you when we woke up the bathroom was infested AGAIN with ants) my husband was told there's no discount or refund because we were given drink passes and breakfast passes but WE PAID FOR THE BREAKFAST so all we got for our inconvenience was 4 drink passes we didmt even use and was told because we booked thru 3rd party there nothing they can do but the night before the man at the front desk said we would new comped he just had to wait for a manager! Over all the stay was great minus the ANT INFESTATION but to be told because
