"Everything is so good, from smiley staff to comfortable and clean room, not to mention the good food at Rampah cafe. We were greeted by friendly n helpful staff from the moment we arrived. Service staff at front counter and Rampah cafe were very helpful. The room is nice n clean and with spectacular sea view and pool view. Lagoi bay is beautiful. And when the shuttle bus came late for our pick up to the ferry terminal, their staff took the initiative to send us is hotel’s private vehicle! So...

"Nice cozy place with a nice beach view. Cannot go for a swim at the swimming pool after 5pm as there will be no lifeguard. No nearby food places besides the in house restaurant, which is pricey. Need to wait awhile for private hire as the place is secluded. Overall a pleasant stay, staff are very nice and friendly."

"Hotel is convenient to Nagoya Shopping Centre (5-10 min walk. Room was clean. Was very frustrated with the poor internet as had to log in again almost every time I wanted to use it. Satellite TV was limited to what I was expecting. Only two elevators and at times had to wait for long periods of time to use. Limited breakfast, compared to other hotels. All in all, o.k. but not sure if want to use again."

"Very beautiful property with lovely sunrises over the sea. Good options for visiting islands by boat, kayaking, snorkeling etc though the setup is slightly rustic. If you are going in the hot season though, beware that the air conditioning is underpowered and rooms get quite hot though the staff were able to provide us with a couple of fans. "
